Well you can be an A** and run what you would like to! I am not the expert on GMRS. But I do know what I know and yes I got busted because I was told by a nut case like you that if it was OK for part 90 business it was ok for part 95 GMRS. Not true and THAT never was. As far a business use, do not believe me look it up I am sure you can read! Part-95. Any one can install and use any radio that does not make it right or legal. It is guys like you with a total disregard for any rules that made radio what it is today. And yes I can afford to buy any radio new! I chose to buy Maggiore because it works! They work very well in fact! I do not use them on GMRS because they are NOT FCC certified under part 95. They are for part 90. I never said any radio was decertified just it was not on the list. So go believe what you will. I did not want a new person being lead down the path of its ok and getting busted. I thought Repeater builders was to help people with GOOD info. Not myths or hear say. All way willing to help! Russ, W3CH
