Yeah... it's off topic... and I know we're not supposed to talk about the regs... but I wonder if these things are covered by Part 15? I would advise the guy to retrofit the touch lamps with conventional lamp switches. If it's a novelty fixture he's looking for, tell him to look at getting a lava lamp.
