Are you looking for a station or repeater? For a station you can build one from the voice recorders that radio shack sells. Or locate a ISD recorder chip and throw a 555 timer at it and there you have it...or you can do it all in software with a PC. For a repeater, most are part of the controller....unless there is a Echolink/Echotime Link to it then it could be done in Echotime or Echolink. 73 AC0Y
