AFC is disabled per the UHF mobile conversion instructions on repeater-builder.
We just need to take the time to do a full tune-up again. I remember it being quite touchy the first time. I wondered if it was to touchy and that's why it's so far off now. Is it normal for a receiver to loose so much in 2 years?
