I can read Ted's site up here in Michigan you may want to call your repair department I had to a few times already ranging from static on my telco lines to slow as a snail Connect Speed also ask them ( which really gets their goat ! ) when are they switching to Fiber Optic Cable ? Telco Companies either hate that or like mine is now telling me that they are in a planning stage to build their own network, switch and whatever.
