The antenna height is going to be around 150 to 180 feet, so not much of a
down tilt is going to be needed.  I'm going to work with the specs I got
from one of the guys at Cook Towers and see how it tunes up and works.  Got
a few months to play with it before it goes up in the air.

You can also tinker with the spacing on the elements to produce 
downtilt in your pattern if you have a really high location.  The DB 
440 antennas react more to spacing/downtilt than the 2 meter 224 
series.  DB also offers antennas with downtilt in them.  You will 
need a way to measure your pattern to see how much you get with how 
much spacing.
