I just went through this with a move of my repeater. When I sent the application to the coordinator, he sent me a BIG rash of crap. I decided to contact him by phone. After about an hours discussion he decided that 3 miles wasn't going to make any real difference, so he allowed it. Now Does your coordinator require the letter, or have you tried making application without it. If you have to have the letter, I would contact the other trustee by phone and talk it over with him first then get the letter after his verbal approval. 73 and good luck AC0Y
