Hi Mike,

The CAT controllers do not have a built-in PL Decoder and/or Encoder.

The PL setting in the controller is only used for access requirements 
(ie.. is PL required to key up the repeater).

In order to change the RX or TX PL Frequency your going to have to 
reference the documentation for your PL Decoder/Encoder.

Let the group know what PL board your using and maybe we can point you in 
the right direction.
