Hi Jeff, I have had excellent luck with the Hustler G6-440 for repeater operation.  There happens to be one on the highest repeater in Pennsylvania.  Even though the antenna is quite stout, it may not be your best choice if ice is going to be a problem.  They do duplex well and have a nice pattern.
