Depends what you mean... the two different audio
sources (inbound receiver paths) probably wont have
the same bandwidth so you might notice the more
obvious audio changes.
The voter should be/have been calibrated for receiver
audio HF spectral noise values, but still vote the
better signal. Better to hear the moderate changes
in the audio (tone/frequency) vs not having the voter
at all.
Most hams don't want to build and install audio
equalizer circuits, although it's a very good idea.

The adjustment range of the GE Line Driver is very
touchy. Well done local (in cabinet) circuits don't
need the extra horse power of the line driver. Save
the balanced line driver module for something betta'

The RVS-8 likes a more "line level" input value. The
input impedance is high enough that a simple RC de-
emph network will work after the sub tone filter.

It's a nice unit, I have two myself. People laugh at
GE Master Pro stuff, often throw it out after the
flea markets. The Receivers are first class quality
for what they are. I'd still be using the transmitters
if I didn't have to pay the electric bill. An EP-38
repeater is an easy $40/month min.
