The RC-1000V has three AUX output control lines. These can be
remotely controlled based on the controller programming. You can
connect one of these to the TS-64 to allow you to turn PL encode on
and off as desired.
If the PL decoder output is correctly connected to the RC-1000V input
- you should be able to switch between carrier access and PL access
with a single *XX code as described in the RC-1000V user manual -
section 3.6 "PL Override"
If that doesn't work, check the connection from the TS-64 output to
the RC-1000V RX COS input at P1-4.
