IIRC I just looked at the schematics of the 2 IF/D boards & added the
missing parts to the MVP. The 11.2 MHz 2 pole filter came from an old
Mastr II or MVP parts radio. I don't think it matters which one is used
since this filter isn't part of a matched set.
