Unfortunately free speech on Yahoo groups is up to the group owner.  As 
far as suing someone that will not let you say what you want on their 
group, what state and court would that be?  Your state?  Theirs? CA 
where Yahoo is?

Next question is why would you bother?  Unsubscribe if you don't agree.  
Vote with your keyboard.
