Hi all, I am looking for a transistor that's in a GLB Preselector- Preamp. This is for the two (2) meter band. Here's the information (best that I can see) M (batwing) u 901 Thanks in advance That would be a MRF901. RF Parts used to carry them. I'm sure the part is a Motorola MRF901, but I'll look some more to be absolutely certain.
