NO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! bercause windows is an unstable OS it runs under linux .. FC3 ( readhat)
there are a lot of people that will help you out if needed and you install the OS witch is FREE and the install team will install the software for you (basic IRLP you have to add the extras) System needed to run IRLP P 2 with 128 meg ram and a 2 gig HD ( extra space allways nice IRLP will run under a 1 gig HD) all you have to do is give dave a shout (irlp.net) order an interface board and away you go ..
