I'm going to go against the flow here & say no, don't retune.  Instead, 
check to see where the notches are exactly.  If there is a significant 
difference in isolation between where they are now & where they need to be, 
go ahead & touch up the NOTCH adjustments only.  The pass will be broad 
enough such that 15 kHz won't be noticeable.

Checking performance is a lot easier that a full-blown retune.  Could save 
you a lot of unnecessary work.
