[Repeater-Builder] Foxbat [harris]Repeater Info Needed

Greetings, All   I have acquired a portable repeater made by Harris Law Enforcement Products out of Melbourne, FL. It has a Icom IC-R1  Receiver, along with a Icom IC-2SAT VHF radio.
