Eric and who ever is interested, The T.O.T. I have done some reverse engineering on it. There is 120mfd cap. in the bottom of the can. If you increase it to 340mfd, it will lengthen to about 7 minutes. I think this will be enough for what I'm trying to do. I could increase it more , but there is not enough room for a larger cap.
