The Q
I was over at a Ham friends house Who had a Two Way shop, Mostly old
Motorola which I like, Well He had Me bring over My Wacom Duplexers that I
use on My 444.750 Repeater and He would Show Me how To tune them using a
Motorola Service Monitor, Well I carefully set them on the work bench, and
He hooked everything up and was Watching the Display as He tuned it up very
carefully, I was watching in amazement how touchy it was, And I ask if He
was having problems, He stated He was having a Hard time Finding the Q , it
might be dirty , Well seeing He was busy I walked out to My Truck and got
the Bag of Q Tips and Brought them in and stated here is a Bunch, Maybe
this will Help , Well needless to Say He had never Laughed so hard in His
Life . And after He settled down, He told me all about finding the Q while
tuning Duplexers
