Not necessarily.  Good antenna installations can also be achieved during rainfall rates exceeding 2 inches per hour, temperatures exceeding 105 F, sandstorms, tornadoes, hurricanes, and earthquakes.  I suspect that antennas erected during a nuclear event would also work well.

It it really true long lasting antenna installs are only achieved when the weather is so cold the Scotch 33 cracks as your wrapping the connector?
