Contact the guys at Com-Spec. See the suppliers page at
repeater-builder is you need the email address or the phone
number.
Back when the TS-32 was current production they had a
library of hookup sheets for it into all of the popular ham
radios of the time, and the 509 and 513 were in the
library... They could probably pull it from the archives
and fax it to you.
