 Run a Virus scanner  like SOPHOS....
Mcafee and Norton wont find all trojans.. sophos will
 free trial at www.sophos.com
 sounds like your Router is getting flooded by a trojan
 I was getting the same thing had to unplug the router to clear the flooding
