Beware, all the antenna adverts I see in the UK mags quote dBi !!! 3dBi gain over a dipole is not worth mentioning!
When you consider that the folded dipoles I have on my repeater are almost 8 feet long, compare that with your tribander - you aint gonna get any gain without the extra length IMHO.
