No, the pass cavity would be tuned to 145.41 MHz.  133 MHz is so far away 
from 145.41 that the pass cavity will have sufficient rejection at 133.

That's the one part that doesn't make sense.  Perhaps a separate ailment 
that's confusing the separate spur issue.
