A good point.... It might be money well spent to consult a lawyer and
perhaps set up a LLC (limited liability corp) to own the property    
                                            (while you own the LLC).
This would limit your liability in case of a scenario such as Rich
mentions.
You might even have an attorney in your repeater group.
