The 128 chan phoenix PDF was made from a microfiche image. I couldn't find a paper copy, so I took the microfiche to the local library and printed the pages out. I then sent those pages to a ham that needed the manual, and they in turn scanned the pages and made a pdf file. It seems like the long way, but the results were not as bad as I expected. Some text was washed out and difficult to read, but overall it is fine. Scanning a paper document will of course provide better results, but if a hard copy cannot be found, then this is a good alternative.
