A 750Khz repeater split at 477Mhz, as you seem to know, makes the project
very difficult. Did you consider a split site repeater? You would need a
way to link the 2 sites together by some yet to be determined medium. This
would be the easiest way to get TX/RX isolation. Maybe someone has an idea
how to link the 2 locations together that would be legal in your country.
