Motorola sold a zillion R100's with phone patches.

If the R100 was sold with a phone patch it will have a 25 pin D
connector  installed in the J Aux position and there will be QRN4314A
Phone patch / desk set interface board connected to the station's
control board.

If you have that - hooking a patch up would be easy.  The easiest
would be to find a Motorola TDN7406 / MCR100 [mini-MRTI] phone patch
which is the one Motorola sold with the R100.  You would have to make
up a special cable to go with other products.
