Replace the domes over the flash head (abt $600+ each).. I had 
several that appeared perfect to look but as the temperature rose 
from the strobe flashing and the flash head P/S the covers would 
expand and the hairline cracks would open enough to let moisture 
in.. We went thru more tubes in cold Wx then hot because of 
condensation.. Another problem area is the servo assy that raises 
and lowers the red lense for the Night mode.. It will stick and not 
let the lense drop, causing a red light failure alarm.. Good luck.. 
These strobes will make up for the low rent..
