Eric,

I forgot to include that the station is used in the "base station 
configuration".  I have a CAT300DX hooked up to the station.  I checked the 
code plug information, and changed the setting to PL & DPL only.  It was set 
to carrier and PL & DPL.

I am having the same problem with the signal coming in.
