To all that suggested I check the caps I did and elected to remove 
one of the Caps in line with one of the 2 thermistors. This allowed 
the crystal to immediatly swing up and onto Frequency.So as a 
temporary fix that is how it will stay until new crystal can be 
shipped in with its own element and it won't be JAN. Thanks for all 
the replies and I did apply some of the suggestions. Steve
