That part number 2369E44 looks strangely like the end of a Motorola component part number. Usually they have 7 digits, a letter, and two more digits, but in this case the first 3 digits are missing. Some of the "M" series transistors are marked, for example, M9876, and the p/n is something like xxxxx98E76 or even xxx9876Exx, in other words, some of the "M" number is in the p/n. I don't recall what the prefix is for transistors (68 is for manuals); maybe it's one of their house numbers.
