Don't waste your money on a PolyPhaser unless you can implement a good ground system. And I'm not talking about a simple ground to an electrical outlet. And a PolyPhaser on the antenna with none on the power line makes the entire process worthless. ALL lines attaching to the outside world need protective devices.
I'd suggest that you get a copy of PolyPhaser's grounding series that explains all this in detail. I don't know where you might get a copy other than a Google search.
