I think that is a great idea. I also think a FAQ would be good. It could be in the files section on Yahoo, and mailed to the list monthly. There are a lot of questions I see over and over again, and the FAQ would be a great place to consolidate that knowledge.
I would be willing to contribute some hours towards building a FAQ.
