Find a strange weird problem

I recall the last posted while back a RF feedback problems Inotes 
the repeater win it key up use to test on my HT then nukey here the 
transmitter on the repeater microsecond nukey that here a click 
transmitter its unkey than it key up for the courteously tone from 
CAT 300DX controller there is some type of delay? has anybody in 
this forum spirits this problem before ?with their MOTOROLA MICOR 
VHF mobile
