On the repeater-builder web site I found a link to LBI's and noted that
one was needed for ET60/59. I scanned one this evening, and wanted to e-
mail it, but the web site is unavailable and need to know who to e-mail
the file to. It is comprised of three pdf's and a bit over 3MB total.
