For what it's worth, I used RF Parts for a pair of PA transistors that I
needed for another project.  They were prompt in their delivery, and the
transistors worked flawlessly...  The PA was rated at 5 in - 90 out before I
did the switch (although it was only 45 out, that's why the rebuild) and
when I got done, it was 5 in - 110 out.  Only other change was to switch a
couple of caps to bring the operating freq down a bit...
