Well, the last VHF Micor I looked at had the preselector in a different location... I truly stand corrected... But I *thought* I saw the preselector in a different location. I wrote the above without remembering the *I thought*, so I see you are learning.  The trouble with email is things are expressed differently than when you are talking in person.  It's easier to write "I seen...."  then it is to write "I thought I seen...."
