It is nothing more than spending a few minutes wiring up a pair of DB-9 plugs and your basically ready to go.
As far as the CTCSS decoder, no complaints here. W/O an audio delay board there is no squelch crash and it picks up as quick as the TS-64 board in our uhf repeater.
