The setup is to support tk350 handhelds.  The reason I was interested in 805-d 
mobiles in 
this setup is because I have an abundance of them and are simple to program on 
the fly.  
A nice feature if you get somewhere and someone else is on the frequency you're 
wanting 
to use.  Same thing with the 350's.
