Why not put a 440 link radio at the 220 site. Terminate the 440 radio with a
dummy load rated to handle the power your radio can produce (plus some
headroom). You probably could use an ht, if it can take the duty cycle. As
close as they are it shouldn't be a problem. If the 440 machine is
"tailless" machine the this seems the logical approach.
