I called Motorola, they had them, so I just ordered it from them, got two of them, and then went ahead and got a spare C706 cap, they tossed in the shipping, should have them tomorrow. Maybe a bit more than they should cost, but at least they are coming, and I should have this pup on the air in the next few days. Thanks.

the digital-capable board; the circuit is similar and
it's in the same location (U1551) too. These are
available at Jameco for a whole $0.68, or Mouser for
$1.20. Motorola, if they have any to sell, probably
would want $10 each. Definitely not worth that much.
It's a quad op-amp, and almost any one will do. The TI
part number is probably cross-reference-able somehow.
