It could be a multitude of problems, as a few have already stated. However, if it is RSS that is DOS based, you are playing roulette with your radios if you are using a computer faster than a 486/25. Slower is better, yet. I happen to use a 486/25 laptop. There is usually an abundance of 486/xx laptops on Ebay that you can pick up for a song! Makes a great portable programming platform. I would stay away from moslow, and/or any kind of DOS emulator, etc. IMHO. Slow computer with DOS ver. 6.22.
