[Repeater-Builder] BiDirectional Repeater Cable?

Has anyone actually used this product?: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=5813655761   Seems to be a repeater maker cable that offers full DUPLEX for both radios, through the Acc pins.  Was interested in using this for a few cross-band systems, if we can use a total of only 2 radios for both Tx and Rx that'd be great!  Anyone that's used this product, let me know if it works.   Thanks!
