I got mine from www.yourmanualsource.com. I rented it for a week for
$25, copied the 8-1/2 x 11 pages myself and took the foldouts (50 or
so?) to officemax. I ended up with quite a bit of labor and near $80
into the whole process but it was better than the $250 or so the
manuals were going for on ebay at the time.
