Dan- Is there something about this Sinclair antenna that will give it extremely 
broadbanded 
TRANSMIT performance?  My understanding of this type of antenna (especially in 
a high gain 
design) is that the tuned transmit bandwidth is very narrow... something on the 
order of a 
few mHz or less.  As others have noted in this thread, finding a single-feed 
antenna that will 
tune up for efficient SWR in both the Amateur and GMRS frequencies is not 
likely.  Is this one 
any different?
