You acquired you cells from one of a couple of scource, that would have 
suggested.  The other is from data centers (major corporations, universities, 
hospitals) that routinely "change-out" - their back-up batteries.  Most of 
these have been under continuous charging -- with occasional discharge/recharge 
exercises.  

You actually solve a problem for these organizations who must "pay" for 
disposal of the batteries.  The replacement vendors companies can and do charge 
a fee for this service -- so an opporutntiy to "avoid that cost" is usually 
viewed as positive by hospitals (as long as you place them into service) - the 
hospital's engineering or IT department is best department to inquire about 
this.
