I see know Rules and Order (in fact it has not been released) --- it may come next week -- only thing posted on FCC web site was a Press Release about an R&O being written !!
Appears to be a 'last minute' decision before congressional change in 2007. FCC commissioners will likely have to testify -- why they are so supportive of BPL -- when power companies take over 8 days to restore power in the Midwest 2 weeks ago -- and the economic argument is non-existent. Also, they are still deadlocked after 5 weeks on the AT&T and Bell South merger. w9gb
