Mike,

I have few objectives:
1) Remove a lot of RF from the RACES room,
2) Release two antennas for other purposes,
3) Consolodate operations: one mocrophone instead of many,
4) Allow simple, non-RF interconnection between repeaters.
Eventually, remote control could extend to as many as 8 repeaters and
2 remote base stations.  I'm also looking at the possibility of
remoting packet as well.

I'll maintain backup access via radios but they'll be shared with
other use and no longer dedicated to repeater operations.
