Well... how about some good news. I've possibly got the spectrum repeater main controller/audio board thing sorted out. But Spectrum Repeater #3 project has a Feritronics Repeater Controller Board inside and I have nothing for it... just when life was getting good someone throws another wrench in the "werks".

I called Spectrum using their web page phone number... got the answering machine and left my return number. Kevin from Spectrum called back within 2 hours and was very nice to me. Their service and part prices are right up at retail along with everyone else but at least they were offering me parts (like the original bipolar prom programmed for this repeater board). Hard to expect more than what they offered... so I was happy a warm body to at least called me back. Maybe there's hope after all. cheers, skipp
